If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, this is classified as a no show and you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. 

If appointments are cancelled within the 48hrs of leading up to your appointment, you will be charge 50% of your appointment. Any notice less than 24hrs will be the full 100% of your appointment.
